My story
I founded KinoRoots LLC to support nurses, patients and students, navigating healthcare and academic stress, because I’ve been there myself.
As a Registered Nurse, I’ve worked in med-surg, psychiatry, postpartum and ER. While I loved caring for others, I eventually found myself completely drained. I experienced burnout firsthand, the emotional exhaustion, the disconnection, and the pressure to keep pushing.
It was during that low point that I realized: healing and success in healthcare don’t happen in isolation. We need support, whether we’re patients, professionals, or students trying to make it through nursing school.
I’ve walked the path, and now I help others find theirs, with clarity, confidence, and compassion.

KinoRoots
In my native tongue, “kino” means “root.” Roots are a plant’s foundation; if they’re not working as they should, the whole plant is affected. The same is true for people, we can’t function properly if our roots are damaged. KinoRoots provides support through a holistic approach in addressing the source (root) of physical, emotional, mental and spiritual challenges. KinoRoots was born out of my passion to see people become healthy in spirit, soul and body. It’s a vehicle for me to expand my reach to the community.
